Traumatic Brain Injury with:         

• GCS < 10

• Cortical contusion

• Depressed skull fracture

• Subdural hematoma

• Epidural hematoma

• Intracerebral hematoma

• Penetrating head wound

• Seizure within 24 hours of injury

 

Supratentorial neurosurgery

Non-traumatic Intracerebral hemorrhage (e.g. AVM rupture)
